Westgate - Neighborhood Renaissance is very excited to announce our new milestone:  a partnership with the Westgate/Belvedere Community Redevelopment Agency.  Through commitments from Palm Beach County, the Florida Community Loan Fund, and South Florida LISC; and in partnership with the Westgate Community Redevelopment Agency, we will build eighteen single family homes, duplexes, and townhomes that will result in an investment of approximately $4.5 million.  We expect to break ground this spring.
