Terri Murray

Executive Director

Terri joined Neighborhood Renaissance, Inc. as the agency's executive director in February of 1999.  She is an accomplished community development professional with over 20 years experience.  Terri holds a Master's Degree in Urban Affairs specializing in Housing and Community Development from Boston University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia.  Terri can be reached at 561-832-6776 ext. 102 or tmurray@neighborhoodrenaissance.org.

Scott Kline

Director of Real Estate Development

Scott was hired in October, 2003 as an Economic Development Specialist to assist in the recruitment and development of small businesses as well as manage commercial properties owned by the organization.  Today Scott is responsible for the agency's home ownership programs, including single family and multi family mixed-use developments, such as the Village Centre project located on 24th Street and 25th Street in the Northwood Village.  This multi-use project consists of 60 for sale residential 2BR/2BA condominiums and commercial/retail space available for lease at below-market rates.  Scott is a graduate from Youngstown State University with a Master's degree in Economics and two Bachelor Degrees in International Finance and Economics.  If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Scott at 561-832-6776 ext. 104 or skline@neighborhoodrenaissance.org

Roslynne Powell

Home Ownership Manager

Roslynne joined the organization in May, 2001.  In addition to assisting first-time homebuyers, she is working on a comprehensive neighborhood revitalization effort to purchase and rehab distressed homes in our target areas to be resold to low and moderate income homebuyers.  Roslynne has over 10 years experience in the residential mortgage field and holds a B.S. from Illinois State University.  If you have any questions regarding mortgages or our Model Block programs, please contact Roslynne at rpowell@neighborhoodrenaissance.org or 561-832-6776 ext. 103.

Christina Hewitt

Community Land Trust Manager

Ms. Hewitt comes to Neighborhood Renaissance with over 10 years of nonprofit and public sector experience in revitalizing distressed neighborhoods.  She began her career in the state of Michigan working for Pontiac Neighborhood Housing Services to expand homeownership opportunities for income-qualified households.  Ms. Hewitt furthered her work at the Wayne-Metropolitan Community Action Agency as Fund Developer and was successful in obtaining one of the first ever contracts awarded by the Social Security Administration to develop a reproducible model to address chronic homelessness.  As Neighborhood Renaissance's Community Land Trust Manager, Ms. Hewitt will be working to develop new public and private partnerships for Northwood Renaissance to maximize the benefits to all of Palm Beach County residents.  Christina can be reached at 561-832-6776 ext. 107 or chewitt@neighborhoodrenaissance.org

 

Ludie Celucien

Housing Counselor

Ludie joined Neighborhood Renaissance in November, 2003 as an AmeriCorp member for the first two years and is now a full-time volunteer Housing Counselor.  She works with the City and County's homebuyer down payment assistance programs and local lenders to help first-time buyers to obtain low cost financing.  Ludie earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration Technology from New England Tech.  If you have any questions regarding housing financing please contact Ludie at Ludie@neighborhoodrenaissance.org or 561-832-6776 ext. 101.
