ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Working in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach, LISC, and the Florida Community Loan Fund, Neighborhood Renaissance assembled a blighted one-acre parcel in the heart of the business district for the purpose of creating a mixed-use development. The new zoning crafted by the Northwood Citizen Planning Committee, which included parking and density development incentives was the catalyst for the $20 million Village Centre project.
